Don't confuse drag coefficient with total drag. Two cars with the same .30 would be equal only if they had the same frontal area, because the coefficient only relates the aerodynamics to that of a flat surface of equal area. It is a misleading statistic since it is quite possible for a car with a cd of .28 to have more total drag than one with .31 if it has a greater frontal area.

Christ, even my 85 Toyota 4Runner rolling on 35's would at least maintain the same speed. You can't get much of a worse example other than maybe a semi. :D

The Corolla is a 2001 with manual transmission.
I tried the same hill with a 1997 Camry with automatic transmission. I went down in neutral. I started at 120 km/h and the Camry reached a stable velocity at 116 km/h till the end of the hill.
It would be interesting if others tried the same experiment on other hills with different cars.

I commute over a hill as well. My RX-8 (manual) gains the same speed as my previous car, a Firebird (auto).
Once I rented a Chevy IMPALA (auto) - and it totally slowed down really bad.
My Festiva (manual) gains more speed than the Firebird and the RX-8 but it's too scary to really see where it would go.
Top of hill: 55 m/h
End of downhill part:
RX-8 65-70
Firebird 65-70
Impala 45 (!)
Festiva 70+ (too scary to find out, it's a bit curvy)
