new rx8 buyer
so im a new buyer of the mazda rx-8 and i wanted to get some questions answered. im trying to save up and id like to get a cheap rx8 but does anyone know where i could go to find cheap rx8s in New England. im trying to find one that is reliable and can take me to alot of different places like school and movies so it has to be like capable of different travle. should i buy an rx8? is there enoufh room in the bacxk for other passengers as well? ive always liked the style of the rx8 but my parents think it would be a bad idea to buy it if there isnt enough room in the backseats. is the car reliable? would this be a smart choice to buy one? please respond with some answers and no i am not some spoiled little jerkoff that is getting this bought for him. im payin for it myself and all tht crap. thank you.

Hope you have your flame suit on, some people might rip on you...
should i buy an rx8?---depends, yes you can take it to the movies and school.
is there enough room in the back for other passengers as well?---yes im 6' and i can sit behind my drives seat setting in the back and I have room, actually they are comfortable.
is the car reliable?---Yes, you have to put you time in read the manual and take car of it. If you get it used beware and get carfax and get the car checked before you buy it. I wouldn't get one with more than one previous owner, my personal preference.
would this be a smart choice to buy one?---I'm in college (also bought it myself) and can fit everything I need in it to go to school (clothes, computer, etc...). I love the car and would recommend it, cant go thru deep snow tho. If you get good winter tires and all you can go thru a few inches but not very deep snow.
Go and test drive one just at the closest mazda dealer and see if you like it, then take your time looking for one. It took me months and months of just searching within 300 miles of pa, until I found a dealership I trusted and a car with low mileage and one owner. Not worth getting a really cheap car if your going to pay a lot to fix it.

Also do a search on this site, and look for problem areas that you see a lot of posts on. Then when you go to look at a car look at those areas. Here is a pole that shows how most people feel about their 8...

Based on your post, I would say this isn't the car for you. I love my 8. Based on your age and wanting to tote passengers around, I would say no. Not a car made to drive in the the snow or for cruising around with four people. Yes, I'm about six foot and can sit in the rear, but I couldn't sit there if somone my same size was driving.
