They are the easiest thing to install. I have a complete set of instructions (came with my strakes). Make sure you put the screw in the right spot tho, they go in the regular hole not the raised one, that is to keep it in place. Here i bought mine on eBay.

I recommend buying the stainless steel strakes that howard sells on ebay. I've had mine for about 2 years and they still look brand new. I have seen some strakes purchased from Mazda that have turned a greenish color.

Seconded on the stainless strakes from eBay. Just got some for X-mas and they look amazing. I've seen some screenshots of the factory aluminum ones, and it seems like they tend to get rather nasty over time...losing their luster. The painted ones are an inexpensive alternative, but I've also seen folks complain that the paint cracks easily and they look like hell after a few months.
They're a cakewalk to put on, though if you are also adding front splash guards, make sure to do the strakes first. I added the guards last summer and it was a bit of a pain to work around them to get the strakes on.
