That is VERY weird. The index page is not the one at the main link found in the Issues section. The "new" bulletin is not on the list at the main page and the list on the page you ref seems to be incomplete. Hmmmmmm.

The problem is....this will only tell you if the coil is crapped completely.
from my perspective.......and after just changing the coils out.......it's worth the $100 to replace them if your car has over 50K miles on it.
My car runs so much better with new coils...an the old ones all tested OK ....

the TSB just taught us how to tell if the coils are *completely* dead.
I changed mine maybe 2 K miles ago, it completely changed the way it idles and accelerate. not a big improvement, but something that you can tell.
I still have the old one tho, just in case I need it for emergency.

Trailing Ignition Off at Engine Cranking?
An interesting thing (to me anyway) is the statement in the service bulletin that: "Trailing ignition DOES NOT operate during engine cranking condition after Recall 4206F PCM calibration has been installed."
That's news to me and I'm not sure I understand why that was part of the 4206F update. Can anyone elaborate on the reason and logic for doing that?
