whats up rich. This really isn't just an american site, the aussie's have a great presents here as well as puerto rico, singapore, new zealand, canada......

I saw the "across the pond" title and knew you were british, welcome to the site.

British question, i saw a boxing match in las vegas a couple months ago and it was ricky hatton (british) vs. some mexican guy who lost. If you're familiar whats the history of the ricky hatton chant... "hey ricky hatton, hey ricky hatton, singing a song....."

Cool Land of the free.....

Welcome to the Club - the main difference is that the UK club is a pay-site why someone would choose to pay is beyond me.

We have a UK sub-forum, for your local stuff, and a great technical section.

Have fun,

S

This is a great site, and you'll learn more about your car than you'd EVER imagine from the knowledgeable people here!
And if you ask a question that has been asked, get ready for some ribbing! You'll soon find yourself addicted to this site like crack...

I couldn't agree more, the layout of this site is totally newbie-unfriendly, and my complaints along this line have had zero result. One excellent newbie resource is the cryptically named "faq update" by zoom44. You'll find it somewhere at the top of the Rx-8 Discussion page, not nearly prominent enough to call attention to itself.

Welcome to the hassle!

You can check out personal pictures to see that most members do not look as strange as their posts might suggest.
