A wet kit needs to get fuel from somewhere, doesn't it?

My advice and I know this is a little late... spraying an 8 is retarded.

Definitely have it done by a professional if your not one yourself. There was a thread a few months ago of someone tapping the line and not remembering to correctly clamp it and his car caught on fire. There are a bunch of forums members who have had success with nitrous injection. Good luck

obviously you haven't been reading enough. the nitrous kit comes with pretty much everything you need to tap into the fuel line

do what Charles says, get a new fuel line instead of screwing up your old one. get atleast an 85PSI line, if you're uber rich, then get 200 PSI silicone line, there's no difference, just feels more secure. tap that line, route it to the nitrous solenoid.

the best way for you to place your fuel pressure gauge is @ the nitrous solenoid fuel inlet since if it leaks there, at least your car doesn't go up in flames, and it is easier to manage. you need an adaptor if your fuel pressure gauge didn't already come with one (Chris gave me his) and its 5/13, that thing that you linked to ebay looks a bit.........uhm.......unstable and small. and the dude doesn't say whats the inlet.

if you don't have a fuel pressure gauge, you don't need it cus the nitrous kit comes with 1 already

Disagree with me all you want... your sprayed RX-8 will run what? mid 13s if you can launch. That's a pooch compared to just about anything else at the track. Just take it for what it's worth... a sports car designed for corners. Dealing with it makes a lot more sense than subjecting it to the bottle.

i bought the fuel line from chrism tht was tapped by charles so im good ther. as for a pressure gauge i dont think my kit came w/ one.....i got the kit yesterday and just got surgery today so wen i can ill go check it again.

and for spraying my 8 who cares if u think its retarded its my money. j/b the rx8 is slower doesnt mean its dumb to drag it i like the looks n ill get it to the low 13's n be an eye opener..*unique* wont be ur typical mustang, z, ect.

^The ZEX 55hp shot kit is the one used by most RX8 owners. But just search for it and you will find it. The search button is at the top right of the page, type in Nitrous, and you will find everything you need to know.

I have done 50/55/60/65 and 75 shot

50 shot works best, 55 shot doesn't do ****, its the same as 50 shot (1 size nozzle difference) I dynoed both, both got 30whp gain

60 shot worked on my car without real problems, but was like 32whp gain? lawlz
65 shot worked for a while, then blew my airfilter
75 shot blew the intake pipe in half, the car still works though

The zex kit is best because its 1 solenoid and comes pre packed so you don't have to worry much about anything, but if you run like 500 shot, you might need something a bit crazier
