There is no Shinka RX-8 for 2007. In this case, the dealer was correct.

2007 information on the RX8 is readily available on mazdausa.com. Shinka as a sole trim or optional package is not listed, so no Shinka for 07. Doesn't mean theire won't be one for 08 and so forth.

The only suspension change for the Shinka I was aware of was the Urethane filled crossmembers which make it a tad stiffer. The rest is cosmetic and so forth ( I do like the 13 months of Sirius though). It was worth if just for the interior IMO, love the Alcantara.
