Thumbs up No more squeek!

As mentioned in earlier threads, my front driver's seat sounded like an old broken couch. The dealership tried to fix the problem two times without success. I demanded the seat be replaced and they did! It was an $1100 replacement (obviously covered by warrenty) and now there is no more squeek!!

Was it a squeek or a creak? Mine creaks a lot when I get in and when I turn corners. Seems to get better as the car warms up.

It was actually a creak. It sounded like a broken bed or couch when you sat down on it or went around a corner.

I'm not sure if there is a difference. Either way, if the driver's seat is making a noise when cornering, it can be repaired by the dealer. It is also covered under the warranty. There's a known issue with the seat mount. Once it is replaced, your good to go.
