No modern car, driven normally (i.e., not racing) needs to have "pre-mix"—including this one. Hell, I wouldn't own a car that requires fussing around with pre-mix every time you fill-up, and few others would, either!
If, on the other hand, you're racing or drving the car very hard, it might be a good idea:
"Hitting the track? Toss in a little premix – If you're going to drive the car especially hard for extended periods of time, it is wise to add 4/6oz of two stroke oil to the fuel for extra seal lubrication. Its not required, but it’s a good safety measure to protect the engine."—RX-8 FAQ
