Is it normal to hear the exhaust pop when I rev it to around 4k on a hot day?

Everyone, it looks like TimzSI is one of the new adminstrators now, telling us all how we should post.

Oh, and I'm not just commenting on this post. Alamo has started 3 or 4 different threads in the past week or so which all could have been answered using the search button or looking in his owner manual. His car only has 500 miles on it, and he's scared to death that it is going to die any minute.

Second, who cares how many threads he starts, this site is so slow in general that posting activity should be invited. Three, four, 10, 100 posts, it doesn't matter, the site can handle the increased load, I promise. 
Third, thanks for getting all butt-hurt about it, made my morning.

Heh, I could care less about the people with the sarcastic replies, at least my question was answered, and will continue to be answered by some people no matter how many threads I start...that IS the point of the site..isnt it? Anyway, thanks to those who did answer my question, and who opposed the nasty replies. Btw Husky, its AlaNo, not AlaMo. I may post silly threads, but I can damn well read and copy..

alano your local enough....i would be glad to show you my car and explain all the eccentric crap that happens....there is also a few meets coming up that i seriously encourage you to go to.....you can meet the local 8 owners and learn some stuff...you are maybe a 20 minute ride from where i reside at.....and to all the rest of you food group freaks its been proven that pie is TEH B3ST3EST!!!

alano, you will find that you will learn more in the long run if you search and are not spoon fed...
the stuff you read will increase you knowledge in other areas of the car.. then you wont have to ask that ?.
btw, i do not think you are more than just one person.. or do i think you are bluesky all over again, but you ?s are almost the same..
you might do an advanced search for threads started by bluesky, sixsteelstrings, and rinkadink.
this is a teach a person to fish idea.
