OEM Bumper Removal & Installation instructions

Okay, go here…
http://www.racingbeat.com/FRmazda4.htm

…then scroll about halfway down the page to "A/C Condenser & Oil Cooler Protective Screens"

…then click where it says "visit this link for more information and photos"

…finally, go to the end of the paragraph where it says "to review an instruction sheet on removal of the nose, click here".

it's really not all too hard... might take you an hour to remove the old and install the new only because you'd have to check where all the screws are and such. By the second time you could probably do it a lot quicker. It's really easy though.

15 mins sounds about right to remove a bumper.

you just take off a few plastic screws on the inside of the front wheels, undo the screws under the bumper, pop out the side blinkers, and then 4 bolts on the top of the bumper (inside the hood).

gotta unplug fog lights if you have those as well, but mysql pretty much covered it all.

screwdriver and a wrench. You might also want to use a car jack or ramp to get to the bottom of the bumper easier.
