Unhappy oil bypass TSB hiss?

hey my girl has an 04' AT 8, ever since her bypass for the milky dipstick was installed at idle there is a very audible hiss, took to the dlr and they popped the hood took off the engine cover and sure enough when the bypass line leading to the oil cap/mount was pinched the hissing went away. does anyone else with an 4AT heard this, the guy says its normal, also she has the imfamous whistle/squeel when accelerating, and they told her it was the blade of the TB since its elect. her warranty is up in 3k miles, any suggestions please?

I have noticed the whistle at idle as well....I didn't trace it to that hose....so I'll check it out. If that's what it is...it shouldn't cause any problems......My car runs better since the new venting....so I can put up with the whistle

The way the reworking is done atleast the way mine looks, it kinda looks like a hack and slash job. I'd think the hissing is the air coming out of the hose 'cause its not properly clamped down. Again mine looks like a hack job and the hose looks to me atleast way to loose.
