Get thee to the 'bay.....
Got mine on ebay, $25 if I recall, complete with gaskets and level qauge and quite well made.
My mechanic started giving me a hard time about it, warranty etc. - then I got an apology when he saw it said "Mazdaspeed" down the side, he thought it was OEM!

There isn't much difference between them. That is the Greddy version 1 style catch can.
I noticed that it was more effective at catching oil when the hoses going to it were shorter.
The first time I installed it by the washer fluid tank... didn't accumulate anything in the catch can.
Next I installed it in the middle of the engine bay attached to the stock intake box on the left side of the intake tube. There I was able to get some nasty yellowish liquid.

That one on eBay is fine. The tube seems thin walled though - there is vacuum in the air intake and a think tube wall would collapse and block the flow. Look into it and change them if needed. Also, take the top and bottom screws out and mount them with seizing paste because they tend to un-screw from vibrations. To empty the can, there is a separate plug, so no issues seizing the screws.
Make sure the oil filler tube hose is routed through the catch can - filling oil too fast will leak oil in that tube. Can use a Y connector and bring another hose through it as well (in which case, plug the air intake port left open).
