no, not to drink, for your 8. There's been a lot of talk about the "correct" octane for our cars, what about gas that has alcohol added to it? I don't know about the rest of the country, but here in Michigan, some gas stations have gas that has 10% alcohol added to it (ethanol). What do you guys (and girls) think; does it make any difference performance-wise and, more importantly, will it harm the engine????

 

Read your manual. You should go by what Mazda says as even though my first rotary was an RX 2, Mazda knows a heck of a lot more than I do. :D
