Once again, a dumb question!!

I am wondering if the navigation system screen can be used for DVD viewing. Does anyone know if it can, and if it can't is there a way you can make it work?

Yes it can. Look through here - https://www.rx8club.com/search.php?searchid=2306776

Also, look in the DIY sticky for install instructions.

Yes. I think you have to get a DVD flash or firmware upgrade...next time remember that there is a search button on the upper, right side of this screen. It's not there for looks.

Here's a link: http://www.mazdaparts.com/CategoryPr...ge:Electronics

Great! So you can watch DVD's while you talk on your cell phone while driving? What next, autosuck? I might buy that...
