One intersection, three RX-8's
Happened to me yesterday. I was sitting side-by-side with a grey 8 at a stop light and moments later a white 8 stops in the left-turn lane of the cross traffic lane. I seldom see more than one or two 8's a month around here, so this was way cool. I waved, but couldn't tell if the other drivers waved back. Window tint.

8's in RI are rare.
...except in my work parking lot. Seriously, there are 3 of us, which is 1 more than mustangs and 2 more than Vettes and Camaros. Corollas, Camries, Priuses, and SUVs each has us beaten hands down though. Like 30-70 of each. But for sports cars, it's kinda odd that there are 3 of us and so few of other variants.

I've seen 8's seldomly. Once the way back home in my town while the other was heading towards Danbury, CT with the same color as mine (SS). Once last week heading back from visiting family in CNY, countryside saw a SS coming my way and I kinda thought it was amusing. I thought I was the ONLY one around country lands who had one. Everyone owns American vehicles there and some imports but sport cars of imports are not common, let alone an 8. Seems you find them places you would think you wouldn't.

I fail to see the downside to either things I've said.
I'm fine with the amber corners.
I'd rather not wave than wave and either get no response or a weird stare.
I guess I'm just a bad member lol

Best response from my waving was a hot 8 owner who blew a kiss to me. So worth it XD. But yeah most the time when i wave they either totally ignore me , do some fly by /traffic weaving or the awkward stare haha.

If I see an 8 in my area I wave frantically at them becuase Ive only seen 3 including mine in my area... no one has ever waved back : /. An rx7 pulled up next to me at a stop light and told me he liked my car once though
