No offense intended, but the one Nordic Green I saw once was not that impressive to me... But then it's all a matter of preference. Might also be because my last car was a similar color.

Green kicks ***!
Especially with the chapparal(sp?) leather.
The steering wheel is two tone that really looks classy along with the interior door panels and parking break.
It has so much metal flake it feels like you can reach out and taste it.
It was the only color I considerd and I had every choice on the lot (except yellow).
I did see a pretty bad *** yellow one but afraid too flashy for my age group and I was afraid the color wouldn't be as popular couple years down the road?
Dealer also told me they hadn;t sold a single yellow yet locally.
Green is worth the consideration definitely and good luck......

I also originally wanted a Ti grey RX-8,but I was having trouble finding one in that color as a base model 6 speed.I thought well I could opt for the sport, and then the choices of colors and such seemed greater at the time, but I really just wanted a base 6 speed.I found the one I bought at the local dealer via mazdas website, but I had never seen the green in person,so I headed up there to have a look at it in my "Lawn Green" REPU.Once I saw it in person I fell in love with it.It really reminded me of the Montego Blue the RX-7 had,but it was a mica paint instead. It is very classy looking in my book, and looks black most of the time in low light.I was thinking this would be better than a flashier color.
I really wanted the white because it looks so classy, and stays clean looking most of the time unlike darker colors, but I could not wait til the 05's.I figure when the 2 year lease is up maybe the white will still be around so I can get one then, but maybe still I will just buy it out at the end.I do love this car.Hard to keep clean, but fun non-the-less.

Green is good...
I think the green is awesome. The paint takes on different characteristics, depending on the lighting.... You probably will have have to wash it more than twice a year though...

Love my Nordic Green RX8
It is a truly unique color. You see black, green, purple and blue depending on the light. very cool especially nice if you have the black and brown interior. Very classy for us 30 somethings.

I thought I would chime in as I drive a beautiful nordic green piece of happiness(that was for abbid), I originally piked due to being different and unique....however after owning one for some time, I have come to really enjoy the color. I read of a reference to Montego blue and I agree to some extent. The color you see in the day(when washed) is totally diferent than when viewed at night under lights. I would not trade it for a second(reassuring wife as we speak, due to changing cars too often for her liking) but a white rx8 in the drive would better compliment the house and daylillies.

Nordic Green
I was really impressed with the Nordic Green. When I first saw it, I thought it was black. Then I saw it next to a black RX-8 and you definitely can see the difference. I would really like to get one, but around here there is too much dust and it would show up immediately. Ended up getting a Titanium even though that seems to be one of the more popular colors. Others just didn't "talk to me". I also figured that the Blue, Red and Yellow would be "cop magnets" and that was one thing I didn't need. Figured better to slide by when they weren't looking.

Thanks to everyone for their replys. Until I asked the question I was thinking that Nordic Green was unloved. The one that I saw needed washing and I was unimpressed so I guess that I will go back and have another look.
