Coming up on one year ownership with 12,000 km.

Open the garage to go to work each day and see my 8 and go "yes!", I did it. I got an 8. This is my first RX but had an MX3 before and I loved it.

So totally thumbs up from me especially now that new rims and summer tires are on!

Great car. I'm at the tail end of my fourth year with the car. Its got 60,000 kms, never flooded, and never failed me. Only issues were a faulty ABS brake sensor about 2 yrs ago and a couple of burned out daytime running light bulbs. Still on the original brakes, shocks are OK, transmission shifts like new. Topped it off with a bit of oil now and then and changed the summer tires last year.
I drive this thing in stop and go traffic, mostly in the city. I can't say I baby the car, but it still runs like a top. Stored the car the first winter, then decided to drive it year round afterwards. So I put the car through at least 3 hard winters.
I have as much fun driving it today as day 1.

Alright, you passed the 50K scary point. Montreal must be an awesome place to drive the 8 with great hills and stuff. Not to mention the MTL bagels!
