A Pec Seals drying out
Okay i was at the dealer Honda figures lol .....this guy saw my 8 and he said.... do you store it in winter and i said yes....so he's like what do you do to make sure ur a-pec seals dont dry out since the car is not running.....i was like what.....lol dry out????? now do you think there is any truth to this?? if its very cold and u don't drive or run the engine for like 3 months......

yes this is true but, he was refering to when the car is stored... and no there is no way on earth that your apex seals will dry out ..... they will break into a million pieces and tear your engine to hell and back though.

ah, I saw a-pec and quit reading.
For storing it, it doesn't matter. The engine only needs lubrication when it's moving. So when you start up the car, it will start to inject oil as usual... thus no problem.
If we had to feed the car liquids while it was turned off, mazda would never be able to sell the car to anyone.

Hahaha, put some mushrooms in with it and your horsepower will be increased by 15%

If you're going to store the car for the winter make sure you put fuel stabilizer in the fuel tank.
sta-bil is a popular brand.
You'll be fine. Just plan on changing your oil to put fresh oil in the car after sitting for a while. Just to be cautious.
