mine has been broken since i got the car in 09, just a couple days ago i ordered one from a partout here on the site

Thank you, this will as least make them try to attempt the claim from Mazda NA.

They wouldn't even try last time I asked.

Alright... I was able to get them to look into the situation now.

The manager will call me back after he search deeper into it.

Its not a recall, its a TSB. I can't believe people still don't understand what they mean.

That part is totally covered under B2B warranty, your dealership is full of crap. and ask them to make your hand brake stroke shorter (like the others said, it takes a few turns and that's it)

So just spoke with the manager over the phone. He will order a new handle and get this fix for me.

**UNDER WARRANTY**

Thanks everyone... that TSB really pushed them.
