Please help, I need an answer fast, how to tell if its been sprayed N2O

On an 04 rx-8 how can you tell if nitrous has been sprayed. I just installed my system, but have not fired it yet. I am needing to find out how you can tell if it had a system installed before. This is for my jiffy lube case in court since they wanna be D-bags and say that I have been spraying which is why my tranny is broke....even though there is no bottle, and I have the main line not installed. and mazdas report says that there is high tempurature fractures from no oil in it...... any who, how can I tell so i can have a tech check it?

just take pics and swear to it. there is no way to show whether it has been sprayed or not- your words against theirs and the report from mazda.

I mean, come on. What were you even planning on running? A 55 shot of nitrous? It's flea fart compared to the big mods.

The key is, what caused the tranny to fail? Ask THEM how they are going to prove that 55 more whp destroyed it, and not the lack of oil. Make them prove it, and when they can't, tell them shut the **** up and give me a new tranny.

Two can play at that game.

have you drilled into your fuel lines yet? or ahve you cut the hole in the rubber m.a.s. ? if not then theres proof right there that there is not nitrous being sprayed yet. also if the dealer states that its due to no oil then ide say your fine.

its kinda like saying that you killed someone with a knife because you own a knife, but the person really died from a gunshot....

thanks guys I appreciate the insight on the flea fart, i never thought of that. and no the fuel lines are still oem un touched. i have left a couple things untouched since its still cold and dont wanna chance losing traction due to stupidity and pushing the button when i shouldnt.

so far things look to be in my favor, i have small claims court in a couple weeks and so far I have quite a bit of evidence in my favor.

I just dont understand how jiffy could say that the car was heavily raced on especially since the shift forks, bearings and gears all have scorching from heat........hmmmm....nitrous def scorches gears.....not.

well i am off with the new found thought of 55hp dont do crap, the jets in there now are a 65hp shot.

once again thank you.
