Please Help... Intake - Missing Part?!?
OK so I got the rubber accordion tube (that connects the air box to the engine and has the little breather tube attachments on it) in the mail today and went to pull out the stupid generic off-brand cone filter that the previous owner had installed which was apparently functioning as a Hot-Air Intake...

But when I went to re-install the stock air box, some things didn't match up...
Big problem: Apparently there's some kind of little plastic sensor thing [EDIT - research is telling me it's a "chamber, resonance, air cleaner" part 13-195A] that's supposed to plug into the largest round hole on the side of the accordian tube... But mine is nowhere to be found, I've looked everywhere! Is that necessary, or could I plug the hole for now? Apparently the cone filter didn't need it..? What exactly does it do?

And secondly, when I went to look on the internet for helpful pictures that might fill in the blanks, I got even more concerned upon seeing the below image and realizing that my little tubes seem to be different from this setup... Why is one of this guy's (below, without the green sway bar) little tubes going directly from right below the oil cap to the intake tube, and why do I have that same tube except it's snaking off down into the engine somewhere to the left, and I have an extra little tube to go to my third intake tube..? Is this because mine is a Series I, or is this some kind of engine/intake mod..?

I really don't want to put that stupid Hot Air Intake cone filter back on, but I guess I might have to until I can figure out what the hell the previous owner did to my setup...

The Hole is for a resonance chamber that isn't necessary. .. put a plug in it
The hose routing changed to help the ventilation to stop some of the milky oil problem. Not a huge deal. .. route it whichever way you have the hoses for

Oh my God thank you so much. Seriously puts my mind at ease, I was afraid the previous owner had really screwed me... That little resonance chamber/air cleaner thing is like a hundred bucks online :O
