Lightbulb Possible E-Brake help

This is a response to a thread i now can't find about breaks locking while parked overnight.

A friend of mine had a older VW that suffered from chronic brake lock up. In the thread I read people where calling mazda to come get their 8 and either fixing it at the service center or the breaks popping free while the truck was loading it up.

Anyway back to a possible solution. I am not a mechanic or even an 8 owner (YET, saturday i will be, i hope). but want we did to free up my friends VW (70s model) was to rock the car from side to side till we heard a pop. He did get this advice from his VW mechanic and it worked like a charm. Only happened in Fl could have been humidity related.

Anyway just a thought for y'all if you in a less than convenient location and this happens could keep you from walking or hitching.

(off topic--How the heck do I change my profile/signature after i buy my 8?)
