Possibly getting RX-8 would like feedback.
Ok as title says i am looking into getting an RX-8 when i get back from BCT in March or so. The one im looking at is a 05 6 speed with 95k miles on it 100% stock. What are the pros and cons of the car itself and what are the pros and cons of the Renisis Engine? I was thinking of an RX-7 Single Turbo for a while but desided i want the RX-8. How do these engine react to boost? Im coming from an AWD DSM (still have and building as we speak). Whould the Apex seals need to be replaces and all to make about 400+ rwhp? I have seen a few on YouTube but some had the regular 13b from an RX7 swaped, and the others wernt at the power i would like. And how do the transmissions react to that much power? On my DSM i am going to have to get a built tranny to hold the power it will be putting down and dont really want to on the RX-8 unless it have to. Another question is how strong are the Rearends?
The main cause of me wanting on is i love the look, and a friend had one and got me into them. Sorry if the questions are pretty stupid.

For example, if you were to make that comment to me specifically, I would say: "but I HAVE answered your questions!" Do you really want me to copy all 9 posts with ~70,000 characters into this same thread just for you?"
Instead, when it comes to really basic questions, we have those answered and the answering thread stickied. It's a few inches up the screen from this thread link in the RX-8 Discussion subforum, and an inch or so (depending on your screen resolution) down and to the right of the "New Thread" button you had to click to start this thread.
It is even in my signature below. Take some time and read through the first 9 posts thoroughly. THEN ask questions, and we become much more willing to answer.
If you aren't willing to read that thread, then we are pretty sure you wouldn't be willing to read any responses here either.
