You could probably get $9k off MSRP is you really tried, but you might have a hard time finding the options/color you want.

Lodoss,

Some very good advice on this thread but the bottom line is this:

Someone will always get a better price... If you can get 7-8K off MSRP and you're happy with it then sign on the dotted line and lets see pictures of your wife's beautiful new car.

word.. i'll pick it up next week =) any issues with paint? my nissan 350z's paint is horrible.. my first 200 miles high way drive and i had 2 small chips on the bumper already. very pretty paint but chips easily.

Its going to be a 250 mile drive i don't want to drive back with my new car and see chips on it.. clear bra is really popluar for 350z's same story here?

i paid 22k even for my 05 auto.. fully loaded msrp 32k+.. 48 miles on it and in the color i wanted... the whitewater pearl

try to drive the price down that low if you can.. as everyone knows its no where near as powerful as the manual but its still a fun looking and driving car..

Unfortunately the 8's paint is very soft as well. Invest in a clear bra if you can.

^^^ Agreed.

If you can find a place to do a clear bra on it, I would suggest going that route.
