Questions on Flywheel

I heard changing a flywheel will increase acceleration.

What exactly it does to the car??

and what are some recommended flywheel??

a lightweight will help with acceleration because of LESS rotating mass.....I personally would only do one if you were taking the tranny out for a new clutch or something.....

agreed. If your replacing you're flywheel a new counterweight will be needed as well due to the stock flywheel's counterweight is attached to it.

But yea, might as well get a new clutch, pressure plate and atleast a new throwout bearing if your going to tear off into the trans. New fluids as well
