Quick Question About My 8
I'm looking to get rid of my Rx-8.. it's a 2004 with 47,000 miles..
Fully loaded Black 6 speed manual, w/ sports kit, sunroof, flip up navi, red/black leather interior.. but does have aftermarket rims (dont have originals) and is in pretty good condition.
My dad has been wanting to get rid of it fast and the dealerships have offered 7,000 and one other offered 8,000...
Do you guys think I could get much more for it? If so, what?
I live in Orlando, FL.
Thanks!

I have seen clean 04's go in the 9,000-11,000 range depending on where you live. I also have a buddy who's girlfriend paid $14,000.00 for her clean low mileage 2007 GT. So.......
You are probably better off just trading it if you can get 8k for it unless it is really clean and maintenance is well documented. But i have seen clean 04's listed in $14,000-$15,000.00 range and that seems crazy to me but in some places the prices are crazy.

Selling quickly I would say put it up for 9-9.5k and see what offers you get. Then you could sell for as low as 8.5 or so. Isn't kbb trade in value over 9 for it? I know most dealers around here go off of that

If your dad really want to get rid of it fast, then just sell it to whoever offered you 8k. If you guys could wait a little bit more, then just wait until someone will offer you the price you've wanted, good luck.
