just bought a 2004 rx8 and its stock and me n a few friends are starting a crew but be4 i go out racin i wanna kno wut cars i can beat if im stock. ne body can name a few cars i could win against in a race?? would really appreciate it.

 

I'd say you'd be able to run circles around their bicycles.

If one or two of them happen to have a car, you should be able to beat their 91 Civic HX as long as it's stock.

 

What kind of racing? More info on the car, if it is a auto forget about it.

As for "racing" SCCA solo racing will only put you up against similar cars ... you don't need to worry about being faster than a vette. - It's much more about smooth driving skills ... not " fast cars"

Racing on public roads will only get you license provoked , or wreck your car ... or worse.

I'm guessing you're talking about street drag races. You've got the world's worst car for it, and this is not the place to post or talk about it.

If you're talking legitimate sanctioned competition on either Solo I, Solo II or road courses, the RX-8 is quite competitive, but the last I checked, the SCCA did not recognize "crews" yo yo homeeee!

 

If I had to guess, I'd say that beyond "rollin' with his crew," it would be a fair to assume that he is "thuggin' it" as well. He may also be "grillin'" if he's makin' money.

Since I've had all my things done too my car I can keep up with one of those new Mustang GT's... Automatic or manual? I have no idea, I'm thinking it was an auto because I find hard too believe that I can keep up with those things..
