He's probably running down to the dealership to get his money back so he can go buy a new mustang or 350z or an Evo or a WRX or...yeah.

I would just keep the RX-8. Mod it to hell and back. Atleast then if you were racing and you happend to have a cop chasing you, you would be more likely to lose them going through corners twice as fast as they could....Not saying I agree with people street racing, but I use to do it, and the best way to lose the cop if you were to run from them is to go through a place where you can out-handle their Chevy Impala's =/

I would strongly suggest that if you were to race the 8, please please please take it to the track.

 

Too bad that, being a modded rotary, the cops could just stick their head out their window and track him via the blaring sound of his engine if they ever lost him. Christ, my friend had a modded FC and you could hear him well over a mile away...while sitting in your house.
