Rant->Flooding

I hate my life. I was planning on going back to Austin today to party and get my last semester of school underway. But no, I tried to start my car at noon today and it was f'n flooded. They could not even get it towed to a dealership today so now I'm stuck in crappy Lake Jackson, Texas when I should be in Austin getting trashed. This sucks, it sucks *****.

your car just saved you a DUI. Be grateful.

Not really, I never drive when I go out in Austin. And If the engine hadn't flooded I would have gotten there at around 3 in the afternoon, well before happy hour. Besides, I never drink and drive, I dont care about a DUI, but if anything happened to my 8, I'd die.

I think it happened on Friday. After I washed it I pulled it about 15 ft into the garage and shut it off without warming it up. I was miffed because it was cool/damp outside and the car wasn't drying and forgot to rev it up. Went to start it up at around noon on sat and it was flooded. Tried to de-choke several times but to no avail. So now I'm stuck till the service dept opens on Monday.

Harden up Sunshine.

Ring a friend. Catch a bus. Just stop whinging and do something about it.

Wah Wah. I hate my life because my sportscar won't work and I can't go and get drunk.

pfft.

Well it is a rant, which pretty much translates as a bunch of crying. I'm not really that distraught, but its pretty frustrating when your car won't start. Although I did wake up today without a hangover, so I am thankful for that.
