So I got rear ended last night at McDonald's ! I pulled over and waited for the lady to come over after getting her food and......... She got the food and bounced! Luckily I got the license plate info .. No physical damage I see however on the outside

Be smarter the next time and either don't let the person go to "eat" or keep their documents.
Besides, food would be cold after all the paperwork... better fill it up first and eat later rofl.

I got bumped Friday, stupid bastard pulled up behind me at a red light, stopped, then got distracted and his foot slipped off the brake, allowing the automatic trans to roll his POS Ranger into me at a still red light.
GRRRRRRRR chipped paint/fiberglass on my body kit a bit, glad he had insurance.

I HATE SPEEDBUMPS!
It doesn't matter if you got the license plate, she could deny it with her insurance company and you could not prove that she rear ended your car without any police report or some sort of a written agreement that you guys both signed into. She left because she don't want anything to do with it. Good luck talking to your insurance company without any police report or written agreement of some sort.
