regarding audio inputs

This may be a silly question, but I am a new owner so bear with me. Pretty please.

I was really surprised that the 2004 rx-8 i recently got didn't come with an audio input jack or even a tape player. It's not necessarily a huge problem, being that I love CD quality over the cheap sounding audio that iTrips seemingly give out, but is there any way possible that this can be fixed?

I've heard of people putting in audio jacks into cars that didn't have them before, but never looked into it. I'm just looking for simple answers that something can or can't be done about it.

This is my install thread, I can give you more help if you need it

This is what you want to buy to keep things simple:

Its simply a headphone type jack that will plug into any mp3 player or other device that uses headphones as an audio out jack.

i think mine is 9.55 right now. audiolink is working perfectly right now but if the bluetooth on the Xcarlink works great, i might sell my audiolink and get the Xcarlink with bluetooth. i'm mostly on my ipod and it'd be very nice and convenient to have my bluetooth through the headunit system also for a seamless integration. someone was selling the factory style bluetooth that would work with my audiolink but it was too expensive. hawaii laws require handsfree or bluetooth now and i don't like the in-ear units...
