then we get into another 5 page discussion on the merits of gt wings & what is rice on an rx8

i think we pretty much all agreed on the previous page that it's probably a better idea to make it "Picture of the Month"

Because i'd much rather see an 8 in race trim than a glamour 8 sittin' next to a honda civic in a car show...

 

Roidz: Can it be done? Yes...Does anybody wanna do it? No.

The idea is nice but it's a ****-ton of work trying to calculate all the posts n' deem a winner all while living an actual life.

 

I'd rather have a Ride of the Month instead of a Picture of the Month or the guys from the Photography thread will win every month instead of Atilla's car sitting next to a Honda Civic.

ya it is a PITA to do it, but i have done a few of these on some old forums

I would not have a problem running them. I will find my old rules and make it fair.
i know there are alot of people on this with really nice cars, ya soome with deep pockets. But it is all based on ppls opinions on what they like. some may like the show and some like go.

some simple rules;
1- can only be nom by other ppl you cant nom youtr self
2- if you win one month you can not win till a whole yr later
3- if nom, you will recive a PM, asking if you accept, if you do must send in a pic

I could keep going but i want to write them down and see what you guys think of the guidlines.

I will take this on, if you guys really want to do this. just give me some time to come up with all the guid lines. What do you guys think????

Great idea, I've had a few VW Corrados and the CorradoClub.com did that. It was fun to see some really nice cars each month.

ok guys i have made the rules i want to talk with admin before anything els happens. If i can get this to go threw i really would not like to start this till nov only because oct will be hard for me to be on the net and i really want to see this think threw. I only have a few months left here in afganistain so oct is when im making my way home with limited internet accses i hope every one is cool with this so once im home i will be on the ROTM full strength!!!!!!!
