Rotary accent shortage?
I got my car in the middle of september and have been waiting almost 4 months! What is going on? I talked to the sales manager and he says they are on back order. I'm going to call mazda on monday and complain. Anyone else waiting?

Don't waste you time with your dealer. Try Trussville Mazda (in the Vendor forum). I just checked and they have both the front and rear accents in stock. I'm not affilliated in any manner, just a happy customer. Got my MP3 player, serveral oil filters, cargo net, strakes, and my accents from them.
BTW, If the accents are properly installed I think it would be very difficult to remove without damage. They are both attached with heavy duty double sided tape and the front accent also has pins that once pushed in would be hard to pull out.

No tools at all requred to install the accents.
1) Clean area with Isopropyl Alcohol (Rubbing alcohol that you can get at the grocery store)
2) Wipe down area with the included primer
3) Peal off the backing of the double sided tape
4) Press accent into place
5) Install press in pins (front accent only)
6) Admire your beautiful new accents
