Ok I might sound retarded when I ask this but I heard it from a friend and I have searched the forum and the web and found nothing on the subject.

Basically my friend said his friend was able to add more Rotarys to his car and gain a lot of hp. He said the gain was over 200hp. And the cost for them were about 3 grand. He told me he wud ask his friend where he got it and for more information but he's been lagging it. So forum, is it possible to add Rotarys?

I saw an Rx7 on YouTube before where the guy added a rotor. But I doubt it lasted very long. And it would be more expensive than that. You would essentially be building your own motor. It would take a lot of skill and if you have to ask about it then you prob don't have the expertise to pull it off. Just my understanding off it.

 

Saying 'added a rotor' makes it sound so easy. In fact, it's insanely expensive, difficult and time consuming. Generally, it's stated 'if you have to ask, you can't do it.'

You may want to go to the Major HP side of the forum and read up on the 20B (3 rotor) engine swaps. Tens of thousands of dollars go into those....
