Rust spots on trunk lid
I have two little spots on the back (vertical) surface of my trunk lid that appear to be bubbled rust. they have not broken through the paint yet. They are on the right side, diagonally about two inches from each other. They look like they might be spot welds on the inside of the trunk.
I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has seen this before. I will try to get some pictures up tomorrow. The dealer will be looking at this!

you know, the paint isnt the greatest on this car. the other week i found a few rust spots on my car.
1. where the water drains out of the door on to the door sill.
2. where the water pools inside the gas hatch
shame. new cars shouldnt rust so soon.

I have two rust spots. One is also at the bottom of the gas hatch and the other is on my trunk under the satellite radio antenna.
It looks like whoever installed the antenna used an adhesive, so the salty Florida air, combined with various soaps over the years and the Florida sun did some damage.
I'm wondering how to remove the antenna without making things worse. Any suggestions?

Rust around spoiler
I have some nasty rust around the left mount of my OEM spoiler (2004 GT) that finally broke through this past week. I'm having it repaired asap at a cost of around $500 CDN as it's the only rust on the entire vehicle and the body is otherwise spotless (plus I plan on keeping the car for a while). Oddly enough there's nary a mark anywhere around the right mount.
