RX-8 1.3L Rotary Throttle Body Spacer
#27
fyi i just bought an obx spacer which i had for 6 months and i finally decided to install it. the entire time i thought it wud do nothing and i coudlnt be more impressed. as soon as i started my car i heard that my intake was louder and sucking in more air. you guys dont have to be worried about tuning and the lenth of the intake because it goes after the o2 sensor. normally turbulent airflow is bad. but, at that point its fine and actually helps. i can honestly say i felt the differance- im in LI if you dont believe me.

Maybe you can make do with a Turbonator until the link gets updated.

Sorry to say, but I really have my doubts. Throttle body spacers might have helped on carbureted cars since it allowed more time for the fuel and air to mix.
Plus, think about it this way. Mazda designed the engine well enough that intakes and exhausts are ineffective. Would a spacer that was super cheap to make be on a stock car? Very yes if they could make more power with less fuel consumption.
