No complaints from Team Granny - even if you drive it like a Granny it's fun -and I bet our insurance is lower than yours!!!

??? C&D doesn't rate reliability

I'm TRYING to provide some solid, useful data on RX-8 reliability, but can't seem to get enough of you guys signed up to participate.

Details here: Vehicle reliability research

On the RX-8 being a great value, I recommend it all the time as the best value going. Does seem to be an acquired taste, though, as most people aren't willing to venture so far outside the box.

TOPGEAR did their reliability survey and mazda was at #14th. Link to survey result

And I am sure europeans actually gets 4-port version on manual transmission too. So with all these problems with 4 port version of engines, you would think they would rate it lower in europe than here. I think I am in "+10 problems so far club" and in "the most frequent dealer visits club".

Back of RX-8 look already outdated for me, but you can't deny its beauty from front or side

Plus I don't think 3-series is timeless ... heh.. so it really depends on your taste.

Two points on that Top Gear study:
--it's from 2005
--it measured satisfaction, not reliability; you can have a bunch of problems and still be satisfied, or have no problems and still hate your car
