RX-8 Feedback Survey to Mazda

The paint has to be the biggest issue for me. Nothing like orange peel to really show off your black car right after a nice wax job. Also nothing like all the paint chips from just casual rides on the highway. The paint is way too soft.
Best issues are all the little thoughtfull things that Mazda has paid attention too that you would not normally think off when buying a car (ex. beeping at 8.5K to remind you to shift stupid). Also nice balance for an everyday mover and sports car when you step on it...

A couple of relatively easy things they can do in the manufacturing process to make this a better car.
1. Current OEM battery should be replaced by the recommended replacement battery, or equivalent with at least 640CCA.
2. Install an upgraded starter. (More spin makes grins!)
3. Better paint job on the rotors and hubs to prevent rust.
4. Oil cooler and radiator protection comparable to the aftermarket items.
5. Add fender strakes to the appearance package.
6. Protective plastic on the leading edge (front) of the side skirts.
