it seems you are pressing the speed/competition issue when all he has done is expressed his opinion. he thinks the rx-8 looks better, and it seems thats enough for it to win his vote...as the topic says, RX-8 or STi?
i dont think most people who have just so much as read about these cars would say the rx-8 is better in terms of performance, let alone spend some good time behind the wheels of them. most people here seem to value looks (subjective, i know but an obvious point of difference with the rx-8), comfort, and driving fun over pure performance.
**** it dude lets go bowling

Please STOP THE MADNESS!!!! I do have to say though after borrowing two buddies STI's one the typical blue the other white. I felt like I didn't get respect, people just wanted to get ACED. I'm not blowing that out of proportion either, people wanna mess with my 8 cause they know/think they could win. But every tard with a fart can attempted to get me to go, partically one HUGE tard with a hopped up SRT-4 always see him in my 8 and don't bother(give him satisfaction)....he got what was coming with a nice taste of "white lighting"(quick burst--no racey) AGAIN both GREAT cars, one A LOT quicker with an on/off switch for a gas pedal. Besides the fact that they are close in price....thats were the similarities end.
p.s. the STI is exceptional at humbleing idiots with POS's

Actually, hp/wt ratio that Ninja is equal to a 600-700 hp car in the quarter mile. It's another whole level of speed. It's beutifull, and I can't wait to drive my bike when it warms up.

That wannabe Harley is a mighty vtx 1800 retro and will kick your pos evo anyday of the week. Believe it Fonzi. WTF is the point? That can also be applied to your pissy evo thread.

Hahaha, you just called a Honda motorcycle mighty!
You do realize that every Harley guy in Milwaukee is laughing at you even worse than you laugh at the little clown car I drive right? Hell, at least I get respect from car enthusiasts, you only get respect from the other guys that can't afford a Harley such as yourself (if that). You want to race, I've got a grand, and we can head up to Road America or Blackhawk farms any time you chose. Oh wait, you want to drag race me with your big bad Honda, I'm free all week.

My suggestion is if u want people jaws dropping everytime u pull up get out and open the sucides or if u want complaments on the car from someone who is still in grammer school to the 60yr old lady u go with the eight. remember the cars weight to horsepower ratio( u got remember how small a rotary really is and for not to be a turbo it carries its body well), the unlimiting reving and the awsome handling that it brings from the factory and a good ride. Face it ur getting an exotic with a rotary engine the rx8 Is in a league of its own! PLUS IF IT AINT A ROTARY IT AINT SH-T!
