RX-8 won't Start

This morning my new 2005 RX-8 won't start...it will not recognize the key and I get this immobilizer symbol lighted up on the dash...showing a key inside a car...the electronic part of the key apparently is not communicating with the car at all as the doors don't repond either. I guess I am stuck until tomorrow and then I guess it will have to be towed to the local dealer. Has anybody else had this problem?

That sucks. Did you try your other keys? I know I was given 3 keys when I purchased my 8.

I only received one key...the dealer has another on order for me, plus a valet key which I did not receive.

Is this a used 8? What is the build date? I dont understand how the dealer wouldn't have all the keys to it.
