The Rx for the RX-8 License Plate Dillemma!
I saw this on one of the cable TV car shows. Although it's made for street rods (scroll down to the lower half of the page for the retractor) this might be just what you're looking for!!

Moderator with a mycocardium
Very interesting. Thanks for the URL. I have been looking for one of those and have not had any luck running accross them. Now to decide whether or if so, how to mount.
