Nobody was being insensitive to anyone's health. As a consumer, ANYONE has the right to inquire about the product or services they paid for. Your perception of a situation doesn't give you the right to dictate what other people's rights are. It's in the Constitution, but since John Hancock has passed away, it would be insensitive to excercise those rights.

How the heck do you come up with the fact that I was DICTATING anyones rights!! I was pointing out what every country has, consumer rights.

I love the way that its easier to rant and rave and carry on being insensitive in a forum than to actually bite the bullet and ask for your money back.

Again, not TRYING to tell anyone what to do (God forbid) I am trying to point out that in this day and age take a chill pill and have some compasion.

Nobody wishes Brian any ill health and all are certainly sympathetic to his condition as he is definitely a nice guy. On the other hand, giving people a guilt trip or labeling them as insensitive to Brian for even mentioning their deliquent issues of the magazine is bullshit. IMHO

Thank you, i'm glad to see i'm not the only frustrated one. Also, and BOOSTD7 I know I don't know all of the details so don't take this the wrong way, but I think its unfair to continue to advertise your magazine when you know you're not going to be able to keep up with demand. I also don't want to ask for my money back because I was really looking forward to receiving a great magazine. Just stating MHO.

Nobody was saying that you souldn't be fustrated or want the magazine more than the next person. We were just saying that you went about it the wrong way. There's nothing wrong with wanting something that you paid for, but there is something wrong with the sarcastic attitude you took to get your point across considering what we were informed of at the begining of this thread.

ive had my subscription for a really long time and i havent even recieved ONE issue yet...:\ i suppose a bimonthly change doesn't matter when you're not even getting any magazines at all.

im going to wait a couple of months more because i hear stories of people waiting over a half a year and eventually finding a stack of like 6 issues in their mail one day.

I don't mind paying and waiting a bit. But I'm already getting the notices that look like my subscription will expire, but are really ploys to get me to extend my current registration. That's annoying.

Looking forward to my first issue, though.

I received a cover of Vol 2/Issue 3 yesterday. This is the "BACK IN LEMANS" issue. I said "a cover". This is the one issue I really cared about and the only thing I got was a cover! Apparently our wonderful postal service destroyed my book and lost all of the content. They folded the cover and stuffed it in an envelope and sent it with an apology letter. The envelope has the words "WE CARE" in bold block letters!

I canceled my subscription with a phone call a couple months ago because of no pubs being issued. I requested my money back but I've not received that either. I understand there have been medical issues and I hope everyone is OK now.

I really wanted that issue and if someone would care to share it I would be forever grateful.

A suggestion to the respected management:
Make the publication a PDF and post it as a paid subscription. I wouldn't hesitate to subscribe. You would make more money because you wouldn't have to worry about the biggest problems of all, printing and shipping. And we would have our pubs on time.

Also I would like to be a contributing photographer to the pub. Since I live 15 miles from Road Atlanta and frequent the track for events such as the American Le Mans, NASA, Panoz, BMW CCA, and other SCCA sponsored events, I could be a great source for you.

I saw this magazine at Racing Beat while attending seven stock. It's a great magazine and looks like tons of effort is put into it. It's really quite impressive that it is created by 2 people. I subscribed. Even knowing all the problems people have and are having receiving their issues, I thought it was a good way to show my support for our rotary community, this website and the advertisers (lots of cool stuff advertised in the mag).

Ryan thanks for all you do and I hope Brian continues to get better!!! Sorry I didn't get a chance to thank you in person at SS, maybe next year!!! .
