Has anyone else ever tried to order parts from this website? I tried to order some brake pads and rotors and was EXTREMELY unsuccessful. It took almost two weeks before I had to cancel my order because they could not give me a tracking number for my order. If anyone ever needs brake pads and rotors I would NOT recommend this place for them AT ALL!!!

Also, if anyone has any places where I could order brake rotors, it would be helpful. Thanks.

You may try posting this in the good guy/bad guy forum .

My experience is just the opposite. I ordered some pads and rotors from Jason and he emailed me letting me know it would take awhile on the rotors cause he was out of stock. He did go ahead and get my pads out to me and i had them in a day or two of ordering.

Just pick up the phone and call him...its always easier than ordering online.

 

I have had no problems. I know they are working on a couple of projects. Like he said ^^^^ call them next time. He is all about business and satisfying his customers.

 

I love those guys...Awesome service.
