Just a comment from the peanut gallery - you may want to settle down with all the 2 Fast 2 Furious driving. Your 8 is going to get very expensive very fast if you keep drifting, doing 0-60 pulls, and other activities that are equally hard on the car. If you're prepared to put the money into new transmissions, clutches, differentials, tires, etc. then feel free to disregard this post.

if it takes 7k then i'll stick to soft launches. i'll see what the dealership can do with the 1-2 shift. and if nothing or something and no difference, i will go with new oil.
i'll stick to high 6's opposed to low 6's and a bad clutch. i can nail low 7's with my shifting problem.
thanks to real responses. helped a lot.

I never understood the relavance of obtaining a perfect 0-60 times on the street. Just drive the car and know your car is "capable" of doing 0-60 in 5.9 seconds. lol, its not like someone is gonna be driving next to you from a stop light and make fun of you at the next stoplight for doin 0-60 in 6.8 seconds instead of 6.0
