RX8 auto-x

What class is the RX-8 in the auto-x?

I know s2000's are Class-A and i was wondering if the 8 is also a Class A

The RX-8 is in SCCA Class B.

The S2000 was in Class B last year, but was moved up to Class A this year.

hmm, i guess the S2k does handle better then the 8.. always thought it was class-A like the s2k...

No, the S2000 dominated B Stock last year, and got kicked upstairs to A Stock, where it is struggling with the Corvettes (and the defection of almost all the top drivers to other B Stock cars). The RX-8 is a B Stock car, and may be the car to beat in B Stock, apparently threatened only by the Porsche 968.
