RX8 front brake discs (internal diameter)

RX8 front brake discs (internal diameter)
Can anyone tell me the internal diameter of the RX8 front brake discs - the bit that fits over the hub itself, not where the wheel fits. Alternatively, does anyone know the front hub diameter?
