Rx8 vs BMW 335i
I just came back racing a bmw 335i sedan. I am not an extraordinary driver but count myself to be good enough. although i was able to win the race thanks to traffic and excellent overtaking maneuvers but i could tell that on a straight strecth of road 335i was always gaining up on me.
I came back and researched the 335i car and found that the 335i sedan has better 0-60 time than my rx8. is that true?
how is that possible. Rx8 is a sports car while the 335i is a sedan. The whole point of a sports car is that it is supposed to be fast because of less weight, less road clearance and better aerodynamic shape and profile.
Don't get me wrong, i love the feel and the drive of rx8 but i just cannot embrace the fact that a sedan is quicker than a sports car.

the whole point of a sports car is to be an all around competitor not necessarily a straight line monster. Why do you think cars like Mustangs aren't considered sports cars?
An evo is faster than the RX8, and that's a sedan. Is that hard for you to believe too?
