RX8 x Nike Crossover sneakers
i assume everyone wear sneakers. as everyone knows sneakers are quite famous in the world of fashion due to its simplicity, comfort and limitless design.
i am thinking of doing a RX8 graphic nike shoe. any opinion on this?

How about some sneakers that are actually functional for driving?
I've got a pair of these Reebok Driving Evolution Low in blue. Check out that functional grip spot right where your feet meet the pedal!

Those were very unattractive shoes in my opinion. If you're going to go for it, add some rotary elements into it, metal or plastic. I won't be wearing these though.

i realize your idea might be good - but the 3 minute sketch you did... if you went around with a picture of your car on your shoes.... yeah if i saw that I would assume you were a "special" person that rides the short bus and wears a helmet all day.
Now if you did something tasteful with a whole new molding and stitching of a shoe to (somehow) incorporate some lines from the 8... the I think that would be good.

I say a black shoe, red stitching, the Rx-8 logo (like the Rx-7 logo though, not like the ones on this site, but its where the bottom leg of the "R" goes into the "X" it's at the top of this page but the Rx-7 one is a bit better for a simple shoe graphic) then maybe a rotor on the back above the heel. Then on the inside of the tounge, a "Zoom-Zomm" and use a driving shoe platform, not a "sneaker" style.
(driving shoes are grippy, and thin soled)

I'll sketch one up and post pics later, give me a few day or so... I need some time to gather up ideas and design something, I don't like producing half-*** prototypes![Mdrmed](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/mdrmed.gif)

I like this - has potential - maybe a triangle on the back and toe, worked in, not too obvious - or if there is a car picture it needs to be just in the shoes fabric/leather but not as a colored image - shoes could match car - I could handle blue and silver...
