A Sad Story...

Hey everybody,

This might not be the right place to put this but... Last night a silver 8 (he had a license plate frame from the dealer) and I (Ti grey) were messing around in some twisty's off the 280N exit towards San Francisco State heading towards the great highway. Well... There were 3 turns, 2 lanes, first turn, we took an apex we through, smooth, second turn we pushed it a little and went through fine. Now these turns say 20-30 but we were at about ~80, at one point I think I topped out 3rd gear. Anyway, the last turn was the problem. He was ahead of me, about 3-4 car lengths, we hit the apex and I think he exited too soon and oversteered, his rear kicked out to the right, he counter steered, but since he exited too soon, he was too close to the inside curb.... (take a deep breath) ... He fish tailed back to the left but clipped the center dividerwith the rear tires, then the front wheel hit. I don't know how but he hopped on the center divider and rode it with both wheels over the divider like a train. The divider wans't round, it was square, so who knows how much damage he has. He hopped off, i think he forced it off, but there were sparks a' flyin'. I just want to make sure he's ok, and if anyone knows him, please find out.

Thanks...

unbelieveable. and then people wonder why they have high insurance rates.

If you don't know how to drive safely in a controlled enviroment, what makes you think you can do it on the road with other people around?
